      Pros

      Worked with smart, talented professionals which (for the most part) created an excellent environment. The 401K match was great. Offered many company perks like tuition assistance, employee purchase discounts, ping pong, company activities and luncheons, etc. Management was usually reasonable and always had an open door.

      Cons

      Not many, but if I had to say something, the cost of insurance was on the high side and went up every year. There are a few negative people in every bunch, but overall positive experience.

      Many learning experiences, hire out of college.

      Cons

      Do not pay people what they are worth unless they have been with the company for at least five years or if they transitioned laterally into the company. Archaic way of doing things, too big to change.
