      Pros

      Large, growing company. Really like my co-workers. Good benefits, aside from pay.

      Cons

      Pay could be a lot better! Lot of stress to meet internal goals. Management basically wants you to be a salesperson. Good place to work for young professionals trying to gain experience, but not for a long term career.

      Pros

      Good benefits. The work environment is pretty laid-back. There's a lot of freedom to work independently without being micromanaged. They're also pretty flexible with your time schedule.

      Cons

      Low pay, low raises. A 5% raise is considered really good. There's also an annual bonus issue to November and you'll be lucky if it's about $1000 before taxes

      Pros

      Good company, largest geotechnical firm in the US, have good resources across the company. Can move from one office to another easily if availability is there.

      Cons

      Advancement within a big office. Entry level compensation is low. Yearly raises are low. Technician turnover is high in the CME.
