      Good People Safe Environment Laid Back Atmosphere

      Cons

      Lower Level Employees Paid Very Low Wages Raises Come From an Allotted Amount Of Money From Corporate Office. Company Judges As a Whole Not By Region. Some Managers Literally Do Nothing. Techs Can Be Laid Off Whenever Office Gets Slow. 70+ Hour Summers... Struggle To Get 30 In The Winter. Hard Work To Try And Provide For Family.

      Pros

      I liked the small departments within each office and the ability to have other offices as resources. The people were all very nice.

      Cons

      They did try to keep some people who worked there as part time so they did not have any benefits, this was not too cool but I don't know the whole situation.
