Pros
Company stock ownership is an opportunity to share in the company's growth. There is a variety of work than individuals can be involved with. Benefits are reasonable. The company is proactive in expanding and growing.
Cons
My time spent at Terracon was in the Omaha office. The office manager does not like or appreciate his employees. Employees are nothing more to him than a means to generate revenue for the company. The environmental department manager will say and do anything to maintain and promote his status in the company. This management duo generates a work environment that cannot be tolerated by many. In fact, 11 employees left the Omaha office within a period of about one year.
