Pros

Good benefits, including profit sharing; fairly willing to accommodate change to avoid stagnation, including inter-department transfers; focus on quality of testing and accuracy.

Cons

Most of the downsides I experienced were office-specific. Poor local management used an enhanced safety initiative to seek out infractions to be able to report "improved" safety metrics. A lot of posturing, a lot of office politics.

Growing company, plenty of work to do; depending on what department you're in, you're never at a loss for things to do.

Cons

Even though they say there are advancement opportunities, it doesn't always work out that way. Promises were not kept, others brought in from the outside to handle jobs that could have been given to existing employees.
