Pros
I received the offer letter only but I have not joined. Pros are Good pay & fully remote.
Cons
Lack of transparency and Sandwich leave policy (if you take leave on Friday or Monday your 3 leaves gets deducted for Saturday & Sunday each 1) Also, They ask for doctors appointment letter as proof if you take more than 2 sick leaves. This is nothing but harassing the employees. They don't disclose their policies before joining the company. Looking at HR policies I have joined another compnay.
