Pros

Good money , You will get paid timely and can easily make more money than any developer with similar number of years of experience . You get a lot of exposure dealing with seasoned staffing professionals, US clients etc which I think is not that common in IT companies. The appraisals are BLACK and WHITE , if you have the numbers by your side you WILL get what your deserve

Cons

Nothing much. but need to look on some policy.

No pros at all.worst managers both onsite and here.They even ask you to write good reviews for them even when we dont want to.

Cons

Only cons are there.The worst manager.Good for nothing.Highly biased and no ethics at all.Definitely they will have to pay for their karma.Random firing is highly common.However good you are they insult you that you know nothing.so no point in working here
