Pros

A lot of freedom and flexibility is given when the manager and product are doing fine. The team is very supportive. Pay is good.

Cons

The manager is biased towards his own ways of working and does not adapt to modern ways. Also, they do not provide any training and no time is given for a new joiner to explore and learn. They expect you to start contributing immediately and learn as you work. This results in poor or no output, disputes, and demotivation in team. Lastly, most reviews here are fake, they have been written by employees which need to be shared with the HR so they can get loyalty bonus.

They are very good at lying to employees!

I resigned from Tescra more than a year back. I have been following up with the company continuously asking for my final settlement to be done and it is still pending. The higher management respond as if I have been asking their Father’s money and they dont respond to my calls at all. I have also filed a legal case and sent a legal notice to the company with a hope to get back the money that I am entitled to get. I got to know from the higher management that there are many other employees who have been waiting for almost 2 years hoping to get their salary and this fraud company has still not completed the settlement. And they have told an employee that the settlement has been stopped because the CEO is not happy with the review that the employee put in glassdoor. My advice is please dont waste your career by joining this (cant call it a company).

Pros

They pay you good until clients pay them

Cons

The office is like govt office with fan. Managers are totally unprofessional Once the client is not ready to continue, they will chuck you out. They have not done my final settlements till this day, I don't recommend this company to anyone.
