Management does not know how to manage projects.. It is better to accept offer from glossary store instead working at tescra.. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company' Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. A single Manager of compnay thinks himself knows everything. Does not respect employees. No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in with one year bond you will start feeling cheated. After project ends management start giving notice for employees to leave company without salary. & No guarantee that the salary will credit every month. No HR policies, no rights for HR to take decisions as their own. No technical management.no proper assignments. It is waste of time working here.
