Pros

The car is great, Best technology in the world. Highly recommend trying one for yourself. However if you are looking for a job in sales in Singapore I highly recommend against it.

Cons

Dictatorship management. Managers do not know what they are doing. They rely on their top salesmen to do the dirty work for them while they sit behind their screens eating snacks. Every morning meeting is pointless, they will only mention chicken and egg and they do noy know how to walk their talk as they have not done sales themselves. Only designing of carpark. NO work life balance. They expect you to be online in meetings even when you're on leave. Red flag management. "You have to make working here your life" as I remember during my interview.

Worst decision I've ever made

Pros

Not many pros except for stock options. Pay is okay but could be better.

Cons

-Employees are not told about lunch breaks, pressured to eat while working. -Job expectations are changing on a daily basis, asking us sales advisors to beg customers to use Full Self Driving because it counts towards our metrics -You just feel like a number here. I was thrown into this with little training and I did not get to shadow anybody really for my first week. I was also pulled out of trainings to assist customers -Tons of pressure. Expectation is to make 30 cars a day and to sell 3-4 a day as a seasoned advisor. -They mostly hire managers from outside roles, not employees from within who deserve the opportunity. -Things are constantly being held back due to poor customer service, slow responses from financing and trade in teams
