*Really flexible with schedules and working in office/at home. *Very accommodating to people of all abilities. *Great benefits and is working to make sure everyone is aware of what is available to them and uses their benefits. *They are not stuck in old patterns or traditions and is always trying to improve in all areas. *Extremely supportive when taking time off. They don't make you feel bad for using your vacation days.

Cons

*There seems to be a bit of a boys club. In meetings, questions are often directed towards the men instead of the women that are more qualified or knowledgeable on the subject.

Skookum is a fantastic place to work. There are so many amazing people you will work with and the company genuinely cares about their employees. The mission to employ people with disabilities is a huge part of the culture and motivates everyone to work hard and take pride in the work they do.

They have no locations in Hawaii.

- Skookum takes pride in hiring people with disabilities and offering them reasonable accommodations that exceed those given by any other company I have ever worked for. - Pay is better than most other employers in the area. - There is encouragement of work/life balance. - They have an open door policy that actually is available employees. - Skookum works with our service members, side by side. - Skookum takes pride in being transparent and open about how the company is ran.

- Diversity and Inclusion lacks a bit but they are working on it.
