Cons

My experience has only been positive so I do not have any cons. Even though working through the pandemic had its challenges, we were able to have a very productive year.

I enjoy the purpose of Skookum. The company has a great culture, they've grown a lot and have invested back into the employees. Depending on your job, they have a flexible remote work schedule and care about their employees.

Great leadership that listens and cares, they do a lot to support employees and are always improving. There is a Tuition Assistance program, they give back to community organizations, and are happy to always evolve and pivot to meet the needs of their employees.

Cons

Nothing, company is great and has a good financial outlook.
