The working hours are good but there is nothing else good to say about this company.

Cons

Management is not good. They are not fair and don’t treat all employees the same. They put people in positions that have made plenty of mistake and still nothing happens too them.

Skookum provides several wonderful benefits to their employees, aside of the opportunity to provide excellent services to our customers they truly want the best for everyone apart of the team. It’s a family, it’s a team, its great pay, many benefits, it’s overall pleasant.

Cons

There aren’t any cons of Skookum as the mission Skookum stands for is extravagant. However, in some positions under certain contracts there isn’t room for progression which is a con especially when you value your job and team.

Skookum is a great company. They stand by their mission to create opportunities for people of all abilities. Excellent health benefits, paid time off and profit sharing. Great work/life balance. Admin team is very supportive and attentive to needs.

Cons

401K employer contribution could be better but is still generous.
