Pros

The renewed company focus allows teams to prioritize effectively and maintain alignment. The leadership team is grounded, motivated, and highly collaborative. The product strategy successfully embraces AI, positioning the company to define the future of AI testing.

Cons

The volume of organizational change over the past year was a bit high. While these pivots were clearly made to ensure both near and long-term success, so much change can lead to change fatigue. I believe that leadership maintaining the current level of transparency will be key as the org continues to stabilize under the new focus.

Pros

- Great benefits for Full Time Employees - Lionfest is always a blast - Fully Remote, with an advanced remote culture (encouraging to not work outside or stretch often) - Supports improvements from leadership, if anyone in Testlio has a way to improve a process or feature in the product leadership encourages the team to highlight and talk about it. These tend to be actioned on within a quarter or two depending how easy it is to implement! - Testlio values actually mean something in the company, not just what they talk about

Cons

- As much as I love being able to challenge processes and move forward, that does come with constant changing environments. The team is understanding it takes time to pick up.

It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the benefits, remote culture, and events like LionFest (our once-a-year gathering for our entire, global, full-time ongoing team, held this year in Barcelona). We’re also thrilled that you feel empowered to contribute to process improvements and see the company values reflected in day-to-day work. We appreciate your understanding of the challenges that come with a dynamic, ever-evolving environment. Continuous improvement is a key part of our journey, and your patience and adaptability are invaluable as we grow.
