1. There is a reason why each week there are 15 staff personnel are Resigning , Quit, Walking off the job before the work day is over. ( No not fired just leaving) 2. They ( As in Management and Upper Management) don't provide professional development training. If you do decide to take a training course, beware, you must use your personal days. 3.Tetra Tech AMTI is under new leadership. Same b.s just under different leadership. 4.Tetra Tech is going into the 6 year contract of the 7 yr. Contract may not be awarded b/c of the breech of contract with the federal gov't. 5. There is no clear direction and no support. so its sink or swim.

If you are an immigrant you will be used then abused by staff and the company, only if you are an immigrant in a senior position will you be ok. You will be expected to do work in your own time. If you are an immigrant with good work experience you will have junior staff, with little experience, telling you what to do, managers know this but because the juniors are Canadian citizens they are favoured. Your work will be used but with no acknowledgement of your efforts, only of the junior staff member who took your work and deleted your name. If you look semi-good in a mini skirt you will go a long way in Tetra Tech EBA. If you are a female and don't look so good then you must kiss-up to the male managers, giggle lots, give them extra attention etc etc. If you are a male immigrant....that is too bad.
