EBA, now part of Tetra Tech did have strong "Family Values" as a core feature in its appeal to many workers but over the past couple of years in one group alone of only 15 people, family has had to come second to the company. One foreign guy had a baby but only made it public a week before its birth, a woman left the company to begin a family, another international guy and his partner undergoing treatment was fired and another woman returning from maternity leave was also fired. The reason is the manager who has no or cannot have children believes that it interferes with the work.
