Pros

Respected by the customer, for our job performance. Immediate managers care about employees and will work to assist with emergency personal needs. Competitive SALARY for position.

Cons

Benefit package is lacking compared to other similar companies / positions...including vacation and 401K contributions. Company ensures they complete "auditable" contractual requirements, i.e. weekly / monthly reports, but do no worry about their "preached" internal HR policies for employee review / feedback.

There seems to be a disconnect with Corporate and the rest of the entities under Tt due to the origination/culture of this company.
