Pros
- Office is nice - The geo consulting department is lovely and very professional.
Cons
- The line manager will lie about you and your work to cover his own back. - I was illegally recorded by a subcontractor at work without my knowledge and my line manager, instead of kicking them offsite, sent my senior to go and listen to the recording behind my back. - The senior and manager would consistently talk about me behind my back, unfairly insulting me and my work ethic whilst saying everything was fine to my face. Towards the end of my time there this would be multiple times a day. - Management would tell my personal family issues to other members of staff. - It was basically like being bullied by mean girls in high school but instead of a high school it was a multinational company and instead of 12 year old girls it was two fully grown men.
