Pros
Unless you live close by or are a driver there is almost no pro that cannot be met or beaten by other companies
Cons
As an employee, do not work here. The company they are owned by will snub you at any chance they can. Lower bonuses compared to the rest of the company, incompetent hiring managers, higher ups who will call you replaceable to your face and flip out when you defend your self. And to top it off, they WILL scree you out of bonuses and raises, using a lack of communication as a shield. Actually working here, you also will receive very little business, and same higher ups will be angry that you have downtime and demand to know why you have downtime. I repeat, do not work here.
