Strong analog portfolio Many opportunities to move internally to different business units Competitive salary (at least so far) very supportive customer base

Immature management (middle level) On OMAP side, unclear vision from company leadership Bleak outlook for embedded processing in general Losing the customer base

Pros

TI IL is a place where you can growth your carrier in high end technolagy and worm and family environment.

Cons

like every site that is not the head quoters, TI IL has a limitted roles and at some stage of your carrieer you are getting stack in position. moving to higher position is limited in IL and mosdt of the time required re-location to Dallas.
