Pros

-Fast pace environment -Great Rotational Program -Very talented engineers and sales team -Challenging -Lots of young people for new college grads -Lot of very efficient and well refined processes -promotes within

Cons

- Company culture can be a little insulated and closed off compared to other semiconductor companies. It was common for managers to speak poorly of other competing companies and individuals who left for higher offers. -Some management is great!! But many got promoted as the market organically grew post Great Recession and probably should have stayed individual contributors

Pros

Many huge companies lose a lot of the human element, but it's apparent that TI cares for their employees all the way down the chain. They've been around a long long time and there is a reason for it beyond just good tech. It also helps that I have a great manager on my team. As far as monetary perks, profit sharing is a big benefit here. Good other benefits like HSA, stock purchase plans, 401K, advising, dental/etc and more.

Cons

Many of the tools are a pain to use, depending on your position. They are making steps to fix them, but the processes slow when dealing with a company this size.
