Pros

A place to learn and grow, challenging environment to mould you. Fast paced and result orientated. You have problems and programs to work on everyday. Heavily rewarded if you are top performers. One of the best paying company and benefits.

Cons

Too result orientated that people centric and development is missing. No succession planning therefore many is not aware of theIr career path. You will be In the good books of mgmt if you know how to politics. Management does not motivate the team but just let expectations
