Pros

Well-established company structure and culture, people are all very nice and willing to work as team. Quite advanced strategy in vision and execution, lots of free space for employee to grow up for their career with the corporation.

Cons

in the last few years of my stay, company all cares about numbers, there should be a balance between quality and numbers, that's what makes a company last longer.
