Pros

Good pay if you're fortunate enough.

Cons

If you are non bachelor degreed, growth is limited and your experience is not valued. In all cases, those who work in the fabs work the hardest.

Pros

They have an amazing profit sharing program.

Cons

I have mixed feelings. I worked for several different teams at TI over my tenure and had very different experience depending on the team. I ultimately left because I really disliked my boss's micromanaging style however I had had a much better experience on previous teams.
