Pros

Awesome employees, everyone is willing to help, great pay, a lot of learning and growth opportunities.

Cons

The need to hire more accountants. Many accountants have left and not been replaced so many people are doing 2 peoples work for no extra pay. It’s not short term because I have seen this the entire time I have been here. It makes work life balance tough.
