Pros

I have learned more in my last 4 months than 4 years of college. The rotation program is hardcore, and is designed to have you learn all analog and sales fundamentals in six months.

Cons

Rotation for FAEs is extremely difficult. Many late nights and stressful projects. They really push you as an engineer and as a person

Pros

Stable company, decent pay and very good profit sharing if the company does well.

Cons

Very short staffed and over worked. Treated like you should be so thankful you work for them. Lackluster pay, which has caused a large portion of the company to seek employment elsewhere. Locally (Maine) there are many other tech companies around that offer better pay and benefits
