Pros

The pay is great, lots of bonuses, and lots of PTO

Cons

They won't allow you to be fully remote and move despite a large group of jobs could be remote. Personally, my manager did a terrible job managing people and the job can be really stressful depending on your team.

Pros

Great benefits, generous time off, and 20% profit sharing. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Upper management will step on anyone to get ahead in their own career. Managers give special treatment to other managers / VP's. Keep employee's who don't do their job, yet let go emploee's who broke a mask rule.

Pros

Flexible work hours, even pre-pandemic. Great work/life balance. Challenging work. Opportunity for growth. Fulfilling work. Great engagement from leaders. Wonderful, beautiful campus with on-site amenities like a cafe, coffee shop and gym. Truly the best leaders I’ve ever worked with; they are empathetic and trustworthy.

Cons

Because of the technology we support, there can be a big learning curve which can feel daunting but there’s a great support system in place to help anyone encountering roadblocks.
