Pros

It provides necessary technical infrastructure.

Cons

You are worthless unless you are an analog designer. No innovative products. Sales oriented company, not an engineering one.

Business Outlook

Pros

temperature controlled environment, 3-4 consecutive days off

Cons

long hours, constantly on feet, low pay (especially for long term employees vs newly hired for the same job), health insurance premium increases barely covered with yearly pay raise, over worked, short staffed, unrealistic attendance policy for manufacturing, potential exposure to hazardous chemicals in/on work environment, make you wear a mask for 12 hours like a slave
