Pros

Large corporation provides access to many licenses and design tools.

Cons

Corporate Environment. Traditional management may be missing opportunities by reducing remote design centers and requiring a centralized prescence. As many technology companies embrace distance/remote and flexible work schedules, talent can be lured elsewhere.

Pros

Nice life balance, friendly culture. A good place to gain experience.

Cons

Considering the industry and the company's level of success, TI often seems stingy. Opportunities for real career growth are limited.

Pros

decent benefits and nice office.

Cons

Horrible company culture, execs don't care about employees and high turnover makes it difficult for existing employees. Currently looking for new opportunities.
