Pros

Performance pay- Annual increases Experienced team- engineers and technicians Room for advancement- new manufacturing plants opening Established company- profitable company and product line Great benefits- profit sharing, vacation, 401k

Cons

Very political and good ole boy system. The biggest issue is the disconnect from management to what actually happens on the product floor.

Pros

Good pay + Profit sharing They are also very concerned with retention. If you are not happy in your current role, they want to find you a better fit.

Cons

Not totally transparent when it comes to promotion requirements. They also dont really hire experienced people, they prefer the "just graduated" people.
