Pros

Great company, ethical business, good people, I was proud of my time there. The addition of LinkedIn Learning library in recent years was an added benefit to already strong benefits.

Cons

I didn't find many cons. That you have to populate 20 words in this field is a little constricting. These are tough times in the semiconductor industry.

Pros

Stable Predictable Decent pay Industry leader Benefits and profit sharing

Cons

Growth is pre-determined and not transparent Innovation is only important in manufacturing and product design; nowhere else is innovation prioritized Employees outside of engineering are viewed as less critical Diversity is mostly successful at lower levels, not in the upper mgmt and executive levels
