- Ultra conservative and risk averse - Short term sales focused company not market and customer oriented - No real strategy in some product lines - Poor technical skills in management - Product lines are disconnected or competing each other - Old equipment - Good old boy network and very political environment

1. Appraisal process is weired since they take feedback from the lead only. If you bad lead your life is hell. 2. I feel compensation and also process can be made better.
