Pros

Dallas, although low living cost, might not be the city you want to live.

Cons

if you like Dallas, it's a great company to work for. Not super busy. Can have a good balance of life and work. Management in my department is great.

- Exciting work full of technical challenges - Highly competitive people everywhere - A well-defined growth path can be achieved

- Benefits are not very enticing - Flexi hours => A majority of the employees end up only working all the time
