Pros

It is a well-paying job for an hourly position. Most fellow employees are good to work with. The benefits are good in comparison to other companies.

Cons

It can be very hard to get off of nights. Revolving door managers are disconnected to staff because they don't expect to be in the position more than two years.

Pros

Low cost of living; OK benefits package.

Cons

Frequent re-orgs, new groups get created every few months and older ones get merged without any sound resons. Promotions are rarely based on merit - it depends largely on how much ass-kissing you can do, and to some extent, on your gender. Many bright engineers have left in the last 3-4 years; many more want to leave, but are stuck due to family or other personal reasons. Morale is low.
