Pros

Great work/life balance, profit sharing is a great benefit. In my experiences, all of my managers/directors that I worked for have been fantastic.

Cons

My biggest issue with being a part of the ACCESS rotation program is the limited input you get into what your next rotations are. A common complaint I heard from other coworkers in the program was that they were getting places into rotations they did not want. Even top performers did not get very much say in what team/function they were placed into for their next rotation.

Pros

Fair, equitable, inclusive, charitable, and consistent. After working for several different organizations I’ve finally found the company that I’d like to retire from.

Cons

Since I’m required to list something, I’d like to see more definitive career pathing.
