Pros

Pay is good. They hired me out of college in 2018 for 75k in Dallas, TX. Depending on how the company does for a given year you are eligible for 0-20% of your salary as a bonus. Work culture is pretty nice

Cons

Depending on the factory you work in, and your role, it can be stressful at times and have long hours. TI makes most of their money on the enginuity of their manufacturing engineers. A vast majority of the tools are old. The engineers are taught to get every once of life from their machines. That isn't necessarily a con, but that is the mindset the company has.

Pros

- Benefits and salary - Work-life balance - Collaborative team environment

Cons

Employees working in remote locations outside of Dallas, TX have limited advancement opportunities. Also, for many jobs, if you don't have a EE degree, you won't be considered for advancement, even if you work in a non-technical field.
