Pros

- Competitive salaries - Good medical benefits - Good vacation allowance - Good tuition reimbursement program - Good 401K match program - Good bonuses, stock options, & profit sharing programs

Cons

- Production facilities are running 24/7 & year-round, which requires full-time support, making it difficult to have a family life or actually enjoy "time off" - TI has a history of promoting incompetent people and laying off some of the best people - Upper management (VP levels & above) seem unaware of these negative traits that exist in the lower management levels, which is very detrimental to the overall performance of the company
