Pros

Good place to work.. Working on latest technologies. No level of seniority hierarchy in work place... All Project leader, supervisor and engineer are treated as same... Many opportunities to show your talent.

Cons

Not competitive in pay compared to other companies.. very very less on-site chances... No good increments.. For Computer science engineering less opportunities to grow in job position. year by year facilities are coming down.

Pros

Salary, Work Life Balance, Onsite, Prestiguous. Technology & Thought Leadership. Large Organization means potential to meet soo many interesting, smart people.

Cons

Join no later than October or November, or else you'll likely won't be 'rated' for promotion the next year. You'll run the risk of working the whole year for "FREE", with none of that work counting towards promotion. I you join after that time, try to come in at the next level above.
