Pros

Benefits are good. Co-workers are intelligent and hard-working. It's great to work with people who are innovative and down to earth. It's a big company that acts like a small one.

Cons

The hours are long. Work / life balance is a challenge. Lots of meetings. Lots of conference calls. Lots of crises.
