Pros

Spent 32 years at TI, with mostly great experiences. Was able to work on lots of amazing programs and initiatives.

Cons

Lots of work, but to advance up the ladder you really need to find great mentors who are vested in your success.

Pros

Great benefits and salary. Great place to learn engineering. Never a dull moment. Always challenging.

Cons

Large corporation with lots of re-orgs. Seems that mgmt is more focussed on downsizing employees, and political positioning, versus attacking competition and creating great products.
