Pros

I really like everyone that I have been able to work with. Team culture.

Cons

Manufacturing output driven culture can lead to pressure to work on weekends/off hours. Downsizing the R and D is concerning. Difficult to change roles, HR has an agenda to push employees into areas/groups with high turn over.
