great learning environment, great work life balance most of the time.

too conservative, many managers are there without a purpose. too many people free loading

Pros

Technically challenging. Good yearly bonus. Good pay.

Cons

Poor pay raise system. Only 2% pay raise per year. Pay raise not tied to performance. Everybody gets about the same raise. TI doesn't like spending money on employees. For anything. High increase in work load but no hiring to reflect higher work load. Poor health benefits, unless you like high deductible plans.
