Pros

Lots of opportunity even for the youngest employees. Fast paced, highly competitive. Pay is based on performance and potential The employees have a lot of latitude in how they get the job done. The company is highly profitable with a well thought out business strategy.

Cons

This is a top 10/bottom 10 company. Top performance and bottom performance when compared to your peers is addressed. Top 10's do really well but being a portion of the bottom 10 may mean your dismissal from the company for lack of performance. This is a real problem in high performance groups where nobody really fits the bottom 10. There is a strong focus on young people with the older, more experienced people being run off.

Pros

Great company with excellent leadership in all areas but HR. Vision from the top is agile and focused on rewarding success. Cutting edge processes and technology.

Cons

HR leader has a club. You are either in or out. If you are not part of the in crown, your position is in trouble no matter how much your business supports you.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Severe decline in value placed on the individual. TI has become a faceless machine that cares for nothing else but the bottom line. Walking the halls, you see nothing but hunched over people who are too scared to leave because they need to feed their families and pay a mortgage. To make matters worse, employees are forced to provide their own office supplies. Chairs have broken arms or wheels. The cube walls are old and moldy. Seriously, this is a company that has collapsed under the weight of it's past success. Look elsewhere.
