Pros

Excellent benefits Lots of opportunities to move laterally to work on different types of products and new technologies Good company to work for if you enjoy bureaucracy and everyday office politics

Cons

Lack of innovators and entrepreneurs at the highest management levels results in the company focusing more on selling rather than creating value. Strong focus on moving a lot of the design and test engineer jobs to India.
