Pros

Profit Sharing, Paid time off, Paid holidays, good working atmosphere.

Cons

Compensation isn't always fair, many of the other techs that do the same exact job make significantly more than I do. Missed family Holidays, It is a 24/7 factory.

Pros

A large company like TI affords a lot of opportunities for early career professionals. Very good mobility within the company once you have a job. Managers, in general, care about your career progress. Salary and benefits are very competitive

Cons

With such a large company, sometimes it can be hard to change how things are done. The classic "this is the way we've always done it..." argument happens a lot and can be hard to overcome.

Pros

Intelligent, creative, resourceful engineers. Excellent Salary and Benefits.

Cons

Becoming like the Federal Government. Too much bureaucracy to get creative ideas to market fast.
