Pros

The company is large enough that there are often opportunities for lateral transfers and growth roles, as well as relocation. Throughout the company there is a focus on delivering high quality products on time. The workforce is strongly multi-cultural, an aspect that's celebrated.

Cons

Because many workgroups are split between multiple sites around the world, communication can get slowed by the offset time zones, and by people who work remotely and don't feel connected with the larger organization.

Pros

good benefits, great training ground

Cons

little respect for experience; you are asked to build a strong succession plan but once you pass 40, the company will replace you with someone you trained who has half your experience.

Pros

TI is a large company so there are lots of opportunities but you need to work at it, network with people, learn as much as you can, things one should do at any job.

Cons

You need to be patient, things don't move rapidly.
