Pros

Smart team, good people, dedicated employees - overall this was not a bad place at all to work. I wish the facilities were nicer, the whole place needs a severe facelift.

Cons

Extremely cheap when it comes to spending money. The compensation isn't necessarily bad or unfair, but the spending on everything else is very limited. We had to chip in monthly for paper towels and plasticware in the break room.
