      Pros

      They are a stable company with decent benefits. Generally good profit sharing. Challenging and rewarding work. Global company. You can transfer almost anywhere in the world.

      Cons

      Working for a remote site however, we do not get many of the benefits we would being at headquarters, like the advantage of training classes hosted there, and facilities such as gyms, ect.

      Pros

      Been TIer since 2006-2013 as multiple titles, it is a good place to build up your knowledge and career especially in analog field. TI experience is with high reputation for analog technology, such as power management and high precision analog. With TI experience, it is very easy to jump into big companies or other industries.

      Cons

      The company emphasizes too much on business instead of technology. TI is supposed to be a good engineering base company not business. If employee survives in TI, the technical skill not only is required, also the luck is important. There are too much layoff rounds.
