Pros

Few good people left in engineering

Cons

TI has become a Walmart with no true R&D left and catalog business with most of the products made in Asia. Management is full of sales people with little understanding of technology trends all the way up to the executive level.. Unfortunately if you look at history, there are very few high tech companies who have survived with non-tech CEO.
