Pros

There are many available jobs around TI - so there is always opportunity to join another organization and expand your knowledge.

Cons

It used to be the TI Training Institute - now there's no training at all. That entire department was dissolved. In the late 2000, management last direction and managers were usually technical people with no business managing a team. With the recession, individual contributors became very territorial and silo came up everywhere making it difficult to be productive. rs
